lovely staff good room size convenient pool
the reception staff were lovely. the room was a good size and standard (i really liked it). being right next to the pool was great for the kids.
the hotel could use some modernization, especially considering the rates.

I found the breakfast selection good. Free access to the pool was excellent for my kids. I also thought the hotel was nice and clean.
I stayed for several nights and the room was cleaned only once.

the buffet breakfast had a varied tasty selection!!! the location is near the shops and attractions. i found the bar area comfortable with lovely staff.
the hotel pool seemed almost too shallow to swim in.

Excellent Stay, A Romantic Getaway
great selection fantastic service fun pool steam room
The breakfast buffet had a great selection, including gluten-free options, and the food was tasty. I felt confident parking my motorbike right outside, so its safety was assured. I also appreciated the Aspects restaurant. The food and service were both fantastic. The pool area was great. It was so much fun with its sauna and steam room!

The hotel is close to both the town center and natural areas, so accessing amenities and outdoor activities was easy. Several hotels were on site. This created many opportunities for entertainment.

Our beautiful double room provided plenty of space to relax and unwind. The bed featured nice bedding. Its comfort ensured a restful nights sleep, and we woke up refreshed.

The pool had a flume and sauna. It was a lovely place to unwind! Breakfast could even be delivered to the room for a minimal charge. This added to the overall convenience.

inadequate heating dated decor
the room was not entirely satisfactory. The heating was inadequate and difficult to regulate. Electrical outlets were inconveniently placed.. furthermore, the decor felt dated. the lack of attention to these details detracted from the stay.
